North Mare Island Levee Repair
Mobilization; setup and maintenance of wildlife exclusion fencing; developing and implementing a water pollution control program; excavating a starter trench and removing oversize material or debris which could impede the installation of sheet piles; installing sheet piling through the existing levee; backfilling the starter trench and excavated areas with controlled low strength material; placing and compacting fill to bury the top of the sheet piles; and installing erosion and sediment control measures.
